Payment is expected at time of service. If you have dental insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:

Insurance
Gallemore Dental Group accepts a variety of dental insurance programs. To verify your insurance is accepted at our office, please call 928-782-4707 or email us at Contact@gallemoredental.com prior to your visit.
We will help you process and understand your insurance claims to ensure you receive the maximum benefit possible. We will communicate directly with your insurance carrier regarding any questions about the treatment offered, and are more than happy to provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report, all in an effort to reduce your work with the insurance company. We will file the paperwork for you, and we only ask for your estimated portion at the time services are rendered.
